As a valued 1st Cooperative member, your financial health is our priority, so we’ve partnered with the trusted national nonprofit GreenPath Financial Wellness to offer you free help. GreenPath is here to support you in making decisions that make your life better, happier, and more satisfying. 

As a member of 1st Cooperative, you receive:

Financial Counseling

You have access to free, one-on-one financial counseling delivered by caring, certified experts. Understand your situation, learn about options, and make a plan to reach your goals.

Debt Management Services

If you have high-interest credit card debt, a GreenPath Debt Management Plan may be able to help lower your interest rates so you can pay off debt faster while saving money.

Housing Services

If you have housing goals or concerns, GreenPath’s HUD-certified housing counselors can help. Take advantage of foreclosure prevention services, homebuyer counseling, rental counseling, and reverse mortgage counseling.

Credit Report Review

Learn how to read your personal credit report, how a credit score is calculated, and how to build or improve your score.

Student Loan Counseling

GreenPath can point you to resources to see if loan forgiveness is an option, and if you have repayment options that can postpone or lower your payments. Learn the pros and cons of each strategy to make an informed decision on which is best for you.

These instructions apply only for your first time logging on to our new Online Banking system after September 2.

If you are an existing Online Banking user, here’s how to log on to our new Online Banking system:

  • Your temporary Logon ID (username) is the member number for the Primary Member on the account.
    • You must enter leading zeroes to make it 6 digits.
    • Examples: If your current member number is 1234, you would enter 001234. For the member number 12, you would enter 000012.
  • Your temporary Security Code (password) is the last 4 digits of the Primary Account holder’s Social Security number.
    • Example: 9876

You will be prompted to change your Logon ID and Security Code. Once these are changed, you will use your NEW Logon ID and Security Code the next time you log on to Online Banking.
